Planning a holiday party can take the sparkle out of the holiday season a little, but Best Venues New York are experienced holiday party planners and recently we helped Vidmob organize a winter wonderland holiday party theme at Capitale that the guests will remember long after the snow has melted.
We transformed the already sophisticated Capitale into a stunning holiday spectacle complete with tall winter 8 ft trees, fake snow, glittery snowflakes, disco balls, and fun winter-themed snowflake lighting, gobos, and branded ice sculpture. Once the eating, drinking and being merry was underway, it was time to dance the night away with some live entertainment.
Fun photography; the event photography and the winter holiday-themed photobooth were provided by the incredibly talented Tatiana Valerie of Corporate Photo & Video, ensuring the guests had more than great memories of the evening to take home with them.
Eva Madelaina of AK Luxury Weddings and Events created an amazing bespoke event design for the evening, snowy white trees, crisp white florals and a little snowman magic combined to produce the perfect holiday party atmosphere.
Built in 1893, Capitale the former Bowery Savings Bank and iconic New York City landmark, is a sophisticated mix of historic architecture and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment. The Ballroom with its Corinthian columns and decorated coved ceiling, was the location for the evening.
The centerpiece as guests arrived added that extra wintery chill, with a branded, perfectly crafted ice sculpture created by Okamoto Studio Custom Ice.
No holiday party would be complete without an opportunity to venture onto the dancefloor, and guests were treated to a high energy performance by the Silver Arrow Band, who definitely got the party started.
