Perfect for large parties and cocktail receptions for up to 300, and meetings for up to 150. The beautiful restored industrial space features masonry walls, exposed pine ceilings, a marble-topped wood bar, antiqued mirrors and large steel framed factory windows. All are the backdrop of a versatile and flexible event space. Rental of the Main Hall includes seasonal use of our Garden Terrace an open-air courtyard framed by original exposed brick walls and garnished with climbing greenery. The space boasts an industrial style garden gate which includes a private entrance on Wythe Avenue and retractable awnings in the event of inclement weather.
Penthouse Loft - size: 1,350 ft2
The Penthouse Loft features floor-to-ceiling windows, sweeping Manhattan skyline views, and abundant natural light, creating a uniquely chic Brooklyn loft. It is ideal for cocktail parties of up to 50 guests, celebratory dinners for up to 40, and meetings for up to 30 guests.
Bar Blondeau - size: 5,400 ft2
Located on the 6th floor of the Wythe Hotel, Bar Blondeau is a European-style bar featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline. It serves a seafood-forward menu, seasonal cocktails, and natural wines.
The bar offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, accommodating up to 40 guests for a semi-private gathering, 50 for a seated dinner, and 150 for a cocktail-style buyout. Open year-round, Bar Blondeau provides versatile seating options and a sophisticated setting for any occasion.
Cellar Dining Room - size: 550 ft2
An extension of the acclaimed ground-floor restaurant Le Crocodile, the Cellar is a captivating private dining room featuring exposed brick walls, vaulted ceilings, and antique crystal chandeliers. This space is ideally suited for meetings of up to 24 guests, a breakout or greenroom for Main Hall events, seated dinners for up to 40, or cocktail receptions for up to 50.
Screening Room & Speakeasy - size: 550 ft2
Located on the Cellar level of Wythe Hotel, the Screening Room is a private theater paired with a speakeasy-style bar.
