Located on our ground floor, the room features floor-to-ceiling windows, teak wood, white brick, and black marble finishes, and a natural poured concrete epoxy-finished floor. Breakout rooms can be separated from the main room via silver-finished soundproof partitions. The room will also accommodate staging, custom lighting and sound, and exotic, custom furnishings. With uninterrupted views of the Hudson River and Empire State Building lending a take-your-breath-away kind of back drop, this indoor/outdoor lounge on our top floor leaves an unforgettable impression for cocktail receptions, dinners and daytime meetings.
Electric Room - size: 1,222 ft2
This intimate subterranean room has mastered a distinctly cool speakeasy feel with gothic-style chandeliers, leather sofas upholstered with the Union Jack flag, and custom back-painted antique mirros. The Electric Room is as functional as it is fashionable and ideal for receptions, meetings and seated dinners.
Bodega Negra - size: 1,500 ft2
From the enormous disco ball plated with just under 10,000 pennies hanging over the dining room to the wall of antique tequila barrels to the authentic mariachi uniform and Mexican guitars placed all around, Bodega Negra is as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the palate.
Dream Beach - size: 700 ft2
The Beach at Dream Downtown is the perfect setting for a summertime soiree, company cocktail party of a laid-back daytime meeting.
