The Apella Lounge is a versatile prefunction space ideal for networking and receptions. The grand circular staircase from the lobby leads directly into the sleek Apella Lounge, where spectacular views of the East River are unobscured through floor-to-ceiling windows. Modern chic lounge furniture, elegant credenzas, and circular suspended swings offer a modern setting for networking breaks and cocktail receptions. The lounge is equipped with a custom made vertical 100'' HD screen, customized ambient music, blackout shades, and high-speed WiFi.

Apella Suite 200 - size: 1530 ft²

Meeting and Presentation in Rounds with Bright Decor

Suite 200 is Apella’s principal event space, which features 12'-high floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the East River and three (3) 11,000-lumen 1080p laser projectors engineered by Emmy Award-winning firm Digital Projection. Spanning 2,480 square feet, Suite 200 is as versatile as it is stunning. The space can be divided to create two (2) private meeting spaces or used as one large space. Suite 200 is ideal for large board meetings, conferences, corporate events, lectures, and press/media events. The adjoining Apella Lounge, which totals 1,530 square feet and has 12'-high ceilings, is included with the suite booking, which allows clients to seamlessly host a day-to-night event for guests.

Suite 201 is perfect for small presentations, teleconferencing, or as a speaker ready room for the adjacent Suite 200. With 11'-high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, the suite includes audio visual features such as a discreet wall-mounted projector and a 75" LED screen.

Suite 202 is ideal for intimate board meetings, one-on-one meetings, or as a speaker ready room. The room features 11'-high ceilings and oversized windows with natural lighting.

Apella Suite 203 - size: 485 ft²

Suite 203 is ideal for presentations, breakout meetings, or teleconferencing. The room features 11'-high ceilings and oversized windows with ample natural light.

Apella Suite 204 - size: 180 ft²

Apella Suite 205 - size: 380 ft²

Suite 205 is a mid-sized meeting room ideal for small meetings, breakout space, or teleconferencing. The room features 11'-high ceilings, a discreet wall-mounted projector, and a 106" projection screen as well as floor to ceiling dry erase walls for collaborative meetings.

Apella Suite 207 - size: 860 ft²

Suite 207 is Apella's second largest meeting room, which allows for flexible setups for mid- to large-sized meetings. The space is ideal for breakout sessions, product launches, cocktail receptions, or corporate dinners. Featuring 11' high ceilings and spanning 860 square feet, Suite 207 offers the ability to customize a variety of seating configurations. This corner suite boasts oversized windows with ample natural light and sweeping views of the East River, the Empire State Building, and Riverpark Farm. The space is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a 114" HD rear-projection screen.

Apella Suite 208 - size: 950 ft²

Suite 208 is the stunning executive boardroom, adjoined by Suite 209j. The space features 11'-high ceilings, a 21'-long custom walnut boardroom table, and 114" HD rear-projection screen. Suite 208 can accommodate up to 24 people seated at the boardroom table, with optional overflow space available for 12 people seated at a built-in leather bench. Oversized windows provide a wall of generous natural light with stunning views of the East River and Riverpark Farm.

Apella Suite 209

Suite 209 adjoins to 208 and serves as a large foyer, designed for pre- and post-function events, food and beverage, breakouts, or private cocktail receptions. Oversized windows provide a wall of generous natural light with stunning views of the East River and Riverpark Farm.
